Abstract

In order to meet necessities, consumers' purchasing habits shift due to this scenario. Analyzing how social media impacts consumer behavior is the primary goal of this study. According to this study, social media has altered the study's results, particularly amid the epidemic. To stay afloat and keep customers coming back for more, entrepreneurs have a unique problem under this condition: how to innovate and offer current goods and services. Entrepreneurs will find this helpful study as an evaluation tool.
