Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of the principle of operation of fiber-optic sensors based on measuring the Fabry-Perot interferometer. A fiber-optic sensor of relative humidity of air, based on a change in the resonant frequency of a silicon mechanical microstructure, is described. The results of an experimental study of the sensitivity of a fiber-optic sensor measuring relative air humidity are presented.
