variables, role pressure, workload,

autonomy, social support, and job

happiness were collected from healthcare

workers. Positive and negative affectivity

differentially fake these variables: predict

low social support and work satisfaction,

and high emotional tiredness and

depersonalization; showed the reverse

pattern. Also, whereas was linked with

greater than before workload, resulted in

higher personal achievement, better self- sufficiency and inferior non-attendance.

LISREL estimates of the parameters of a

causal model of absenteeism are reported

for a example of 425 full-time employees

of a 327-bed medical centre. The model

modifies and extends the conceptual

structure of Steers & Rhodes (1978) and

includes reutilization, centralization,

involvement, role ambiguity, conflict and

overload, kinship responsibility,

data composed only the sample workers of

10 private textile industry and cannot be

widespread to other areas. The respondents

may be inclined to release information

unwillingly.

METHODOLOGY OF THE

STUDY

Primary data

The size of the sample selected for

the study is 100 respondents. A research

design is the agreement of circumstances

for compilation and analysis of data in a

method that aims to combine significance

to the investigate purpose. It is a blue print

of the study. expressive investigate plan

was used in this study for study.

Convenient sampling was used in this

study, which does not afford any basis for

estimating. It is a non-probabilistic

sampling method. In the study the primary
