Abstract

The Growth of Non-Governmental sector is an ongoing process throughout the world. Various organizations across the world are responsible for growing magnificent figures in employment, revenue, services provided and sheer numbers. Although during the past few years quite a few insufficiencies and business breakdowns have been seen due to failures in management. NGOs dealing in development confront the management of a complex and various ranges of issues. They came across in internal management issues like budgeting, staffing etc. They also face the management of external relationships, relations with government, the private sector, and other NGOs. All of these have something to do with the possibility of NGOs management development. The efficiency of NGOs as performing agents in development and change is based on efficient engagement with both internal and external management questions. It is also based on the successful cooperation between issues of internal and external management.
