Abstract
The field of tourism is subject to in-depth analysis as one of the more complex sectors of the economy. Because, in relation to other areas, the complexity of tourism is that each time a visit of new tourists requires a lot of skill from employees who are busy in the field. Tourists will be from different countries, representatives of different nationalities, people of different ages and different mentalities. It is necessary to find the sympathy of all of them and, for their own good, to provide services that will satisfy them. This, in turn, requires consistent study of this complex sphere and determination of omillarni, which affects their development and increase in efficiency.
