Abstract
Career beliefs seem to set the stage upon which career indecision occurs. The negative career beliefs may act as an obstacle, thwart students from grabbing life chances, taking charge of their lives, and elevating their financial and social position (Arulmani, Laar & Easton, 2003). Keeping this in view the current study will investigate the influence career beliefs on the career indecision of secondary school students studying in government, government aided and private schools.
