Abstract

A teacher’s job is not an easy job it needs a light degree of professional qualities and responsibilities. Beside the class room he has to do different types of work outside of classroom too.

Therefore it is a prime quality for a teacher to have love affection and kindness for all children’s.

The teacher should must be regular contact with parents for the development of the children. All these competencies and responsibility together helps us to determine their quality of performance as professional teachers within the classroom and outside, which results in effective universalisation of quality education and high level of performance by school students.
