Abstract

This article gives information about  historians and archeologists, who were evacuated to Uzbekistan during the Second World War, and their contributions to  the branch of language, literature and history institute of Academy of science of USSR as well as the work of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR at the Institute of History and Archeology. The results of the research of these scientists in 1941-1919 by summarizing the archive materials are generalized and their contribution to the development of the historical science of Uzbekistan in the system of academic knowledge is described in the article.
