Abstract

The farmers of the Indian Constitution were well versed in the Constitutional systems of the world. Therefore, they visualized an India in which the organism and dynamics must be the accepted maxim. The Architect of the constitution wanted to make it living, organic and responsive to the needs of the developing society of our own. This is why, writes, D.D.
