Abstract
This study investigates on impact of training and development of employees in an organisation. Previous research based on this topic as stated that it acts as great benefit for any organisation. Training is the important tool used for improving employee’s performance both effectively and efficiently. The process of training and development varies according to different structure of the organisation.Training and development is one of the most important and major human resource functions.This concept explains that it leads to greater benefit for any organisationand in this research it is hence proved that it is beneficial for both the employee and the organisation. They also enrich them in both efficient and effective manner for the purpose of accomplishing the organisational objectives.
