Abstract
The research titled “A Study on Technical Analysis of in Automobile Sector”. Technical analysis helps to predict the future share price movement. Descriptive research design is used in study. This study is mainly help to know the trends of the stock price of the top 2 auto mobile companies. The automobile company have taken into consideration for the study were selected based on market capitalization. The data is collected for a period of 6 month which helps to predict the share price for the medium term investors.It helps to know identify share price movements and forecast future price movements. The Secondary data is collected from National Stock Exchange [NSE] The Tools used for this analysis are Simple Moving Average (SMA), Pivot tool and Relative Strength Index (RSI).The investor go long above the pivot point using pivot calculator. In SMA when Short term SMA is above the Long term SMA investor will go long position. When the stock price reaches the overbought position they will sell and reaches oversold position they will buy using RSI.
