Abstract
The study deals with work stress and job satisfaction among employees in IT and bank sector. Stress is a universal element and every individual has to go through it every now and then. The employees working in different organizations have to deal with stress especially bankers. The analysis was based on 134 respondents. Data was analyzed using SPSS. It was evident from the study that most of the respondents felt that their job is stressful based on their income. When the work stress increases automatically the job satisfaction declines.
