Abstract
This paper examines the rural development by MGNREGA. The author selects eleven villages in block Pattan of district Baramulla. Majority of masses of these Halqa said that the working of MGNREGA has effected on their social life especially on economic development. They said that MGNREGA connects their road connectivity and develop their Drainage system very well. So they are thankful to the administration of MGNREGA.
