Abstract
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between HR practices and organizational performance of startups.
Design/methodology/approach--The present paper is based on an empirical research. This study has made an effort to analyze the relationship of HR practices on organization performance by using regression tool with a sample of 40 startups. In which researcher met in person to the HR managers/Founders of the startups. The questionnaire comprises of two sections. First sections has been filled with personal interaction with the management level(Top/Middle/Executive) 152 employees of the organization.
