Abstract
Women constitute almost half of the total population and the development of women constitutes an essential component in the country’s total human resource development. There is certainly an advantage in developing and national development. Women are no doubt on equal potential force in the process of national-building. But the fact is that although women are considered as a significant segment and better-half of the house still performing household activities in a traditional way and producing children and are still struggling to secure an equal stand in every walk of the life with their male counterparts superior complexity of men and continual bios against women are the biggest threats to women in a society.
