Abstract

The Aim of the study was to determine the factors that most significantly influence employees’ decisions to remain employed at a particular organization and possible reasons for choosing to leave2. In addition, the study sought to describe the importance of training and development programs to enhance the employees’ standard and performance4. The importance of this issue is demonstrated by the finding that 86% of employers experience difficulty in giving training and enhancing the employees’ standard and performance. This is paper is clearly explain about the process of training and also how it create the impact on the employee performance.
