Abstract
Human Resource Accounting (HRA) is concerned with measurement and valuation of human resources, and communicating the relevant information to the internal and external parties. In this backdrop, the present study is an attempt to examine the human resource accounting practices of Indian companies with special reference to Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) during the period 2007-08 to 2018-19.
