Abstract

The word “Stress” is hard to define. In simple words, stress occurs when a person’s responsibilities exceed his capabilities, leading to several issues and disorders such as nervousness, forgetfulness, poor concentration, hypertension, anxiety, frequent irritation and also a variety of physical symptoms such as fluctuating blood pressure, sudden headache, fast heartbeat etc. Therefore, this paper aims to find out the factors causing stress among the teachers and the strategies adopted by them towards leading a stress-free life.
