Abstract
Social psychology is the very sensitive part of our society where we live. Social psychology is the proof based area where we found out the feature of a particular person either that person is belong to male or female with their different behavior to act in a particular spot. Everybody who resides in society or organization has different counsel in the particular spot. The employee who lives in an organization means when he or she works in a premise, so his or her thinking will become habitual to pursue the work life according to the organization environment.
