Abstract

The aim of my paper is to identify the drivers of the employee satisfaction in the


banking sector with special reference to Madhya Pradesh. This study used a sample of


300 actual employees who are working in HDFC [Private Sector] and PNB  [Public Sector].The data were composed through self structured questionnaire based on five point likert scale. Result showed through graph and Percentage for further analysis. The present study analysis resulted that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and Employee Satisfaction. The study also focuses on organizational culture factors which is measurement tools such as openness,confrontation,Trust,Authenticity,Proaction,Autonomy,Colaboration  and experimentation    that effect the employee satisfaction level and performance  that act as a driver for engaging the bank employees. It is expected that the findings will provide essential inputs to managers in framing and regulating the strategies for better work environment. The research will further attempt to examine factors that are useful for satisfying the employees and can be utilized effectively by HR of different companies in different sector.
