Abstract
The purpose of the study was to describe and analyse the resonant leadership style of managers as part of the leadership culture in the organization. The aim was to produce scientific knowledge about managers’ leadership styles and the factors affecting them, and about the sufficiency of their leadership style knowledge and skills.
