Abstract
Present study finds out the gender differences among male and female adolescent students. For this study total 120 adolescent students selected by the random sampling method. Total sample collected from Aurangabad city. In this study emotional intelligence inventory constructed by Dr. Shubhra Mangal and Dr.S.K. Mangal is use for data collection. Study the emotional intelligence overall and area wise. Four areas of emotional intelligence namely intra personal awareness, inter personal awareness, intra personal management and inter personal management are studied. For data analysis mean, S.D. and t test are applied. There is no significant difference of emotional intelligence area of Intra personal awareness among male and female adolescent students. There is significant difference of emotional intelligence area of Inter personal awareness among male and female adolescent students. There is no significant difference of emotional intelligence area of Intra personal management among male and female adolescent students. There is significant difference of emotional intelligence area of Inter personal management among male and female adolescent students. There is significant difference of emotional intelligence among male and female adolescent students.
