Abstract
The present study was conducted to study Emotional Intelligence and Hope among 300 adolescents (150 males & 150 females) of class 10th in different school of Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. Emotional intelligence Scale by Thing Jam & Ram (2000) and Hope scale by Snyder et al. (1991) were used to measure the variables EI and Hope respectively. Results revealed a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and hope. It was found that emotional intelligence is the predictor of hope. Further, gender differences were not seen on EI and Hope.
