Abstract
The next-generation sequencing methods assisted the scientific community in creating an enormous amount of genomic data, which is found to be very useful in terms of comparing the structural properties and pathogenicity of various bacterial strains. Tropheryma whipplei causes constitutional diseases like Gastroenteritis, Endocarditis, where aetiology directly depends significantly on genetic sequences.
