Abstract
Information and Communication Technology touches every aspect of human endeavor in contemporary world of today and lifelong learning is necessary in order to keep to the current trend of technology. Disabled children can also achieve life long learning through effective initiation, organization as well as implementation of Internet and ICT facilities along with easy access. This paper makes a summary and analysis of the literature that is available on the role of ICT in lifelong learning of disabled children.
