Abstract

Protein Z (PZ) is the K based vitamin in the human plasma that was described in 1984 and defined by homologies to other K related vitamin factors and PZ functions as the PZ dependent inhibitor (ZPI). PZ is distinguished by an irregular plasma wide distribution partially explained by a genetic regulation, and A chimerical PZ, in which the pseudo-catalytic FX (Gla and EGF) domain (PZ / FX-LC) is engrossed in the light line, protein Z (PZ) is known to facilitate PZ-dependent proteases inhibitor (ZPI) Xa (FXa) inactivation by around three magnitude orders in humans. PZ / FX-LC showed a predominantly pseudo-cathalytic domain for ZPI online platforms.
