Abstract
Studies revealed that, organization conflicts can negatively impact an organization in significant ways. This conflict will reduce productivity, harm morale, and diminish an organization’s stated goal of hiring and retaining the best qualified and most competent employees. Hence various techniques are increasingly being utilized by organizations to manage the challenges presented by organizational conflicts. Organizational conflict is an element of organizational life. Hence effective management of organization conflict requires the indulgent of the concept of conflict. Here there is an attempt has been made to manage conflict in Public and Private Enterprises in kerala. This study looks into the influence of the styles managed in the conflict on the Public and Private companies in Kerala.
