Abstract
Globally, weeds have been figured as a major threat and act as an obstacle for crop production, even though the farmers put tremendous effort to eliminate the weeds to get a better yield. Weeds stayed as a steady threat to productivity and manageability for soil and environment, regardless of many years of research and advances in management practices. Parthenium hysterophorous is widely viewed all around the world including India as a serious and unsafe weed.
