Abstract
Wheat is a cereal crop which is being cultivated globally. It is the second important food crop grown next to rice. The state of Uttar Pradesh is leading in wheat production which is the resultant of better availability of technology options as well as adoption of recommended production technology by the farmers. However, the Eastern plain zone suffered with low productivity features in comparison to other zones.
