Abstract
Customer retention is a cumbersome process of the retail business. Customer satisfaction, Customer Retention, One-way ANOVA, Independent sample t-test, Correlation, Organised Retail outlet. The problem was lack of customer relationship. Building a long-term relationship with customers leads to reduce the cost and earn more and more profit. Descriptive cum exploratory research design were employed. Data collected from 450 respondents through questionnaires. ANOVA, Independent Sample t-test and Correlation analysis are utilised in the research. price, quality and billing of the product vary significantly among age group, income, occupation and education qualification of the respondents. price has strong positive association with the items of quality of the product.
