Abstract

Present Research Method -Statement of Problem: - “A Study of Emotional Intelligence among Boy’s and Girl’s College Student” Purpose of the Study :- To investigate the Emotional Intelligence among Boy’s and Girl’s College Student. Hypothesis:- There will be significantly difference between Boy’s and Girl’s College Students dimension on Emotional Intelligence. Sample:- Total 40 Senior Boy’s and Girl’s College students were selected study among them 20 subjects were senior Boy’s College students and 20 subject’s Senior Girl’s College students belonging to Vivekanand Art’s, Sardar Dalipshingh Commerce & Since, College Aurangabad. The age range were 18 to 24 year’s (M= 20.55, SD=2.09). Non-Probability purposive sampling was used. Variable: Independent Variable: -   -Gender-   1) Boy’s 2) Girl’s  Dependent Variable :- 1) Emotional Intelligence Tools This scale was developed by Hyde, Pethe and Dhar (2001).  Conclusion:- Girl’s Students had significantly high Emotional Intelligence than the Boys Student.
