Abstract
The study aims to elaborate on the contributions of Bob Dylan’s work in the field of literature. Through using the various pieces of art composed by the artists, there is adequate prove provide to show that his work was indeed literature. Even though he was a singer different from other poetic styles, hos work was taken as literature because of the lessons, the themes, and its wide range of topics discussed in his work spanning 50 years. Most of his work was based on his experiences and past experiences taking place in society. The work was used in civil movements because it advocated for changes and exercised power against the oppression of the poor in the community.
