Abstract

Yoga is somewhat practice for sportsmen, extraordinarily for the extending of muscles associated with game and sports or any vigorous physical movement physical action of the nature there by expanding scope of movement. Yoga is the logical technique for practice for controlling strain tension and other negative fallings of the sportsmen dependent on the standards overseeing the working of the muscle in the body which are under the influence of the will. Yoga depends on the guideline of incorporating the body overall and movements the accentuation to the nature existing apart from everything else. Pranayama is a fundamental yogic breathing procedure in yoga.
