Abstract

The purpose of the study was to compare the effect of plyomatic training, circuit training program effect on selected physical fitness components among girls. Researcher has been conformed three different training groups and training program had designed on selected fitness components to achieve the above purpose. 30 were selected randomly by lot from the total population of 150 subjects after eliminating physical handicap students they have divided into three groups randomly consisting of 10 subjects on each groups.
