Abstract

Major purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between the work life conflict (WLC) and Quality of Life (QOL) among Vellore district’s Leather Industry Workers. Data has been gathered from over 100 labors. Collected data is subjected to reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation, Multiple regression and MANOVA. WFC, FWC and QOL are adopted for this research exploration. Through the study, it has been found that there is a noteworthy link amongst WFC, FWC and QOL. Suggestions such as limiting the work schedule of the workers, improving the pay checks of the workers, family support and better industrial standards are given to eradicate conflict and to improve the QOL among the respondents.
