Importance of Organic Farming in Promotion of Rural Development

Abstract

This paper deals with role of organic farming in promotion of rural development. It outlines the link between organic farming in poverty reduction. This paper makes a special note on economics of organic farming and its overall contribution towards rural development. This paper concludes with some interesting findings along with some policy implications.
