Abstract
Louis (1980) describes career transition as the era in which an employee changes roles or changes their orientation to a position that has already been held; therefore, the word transition indicates both a change process and the period in which the change takes place. As described by the Louis (1980) this transition is referred as Interrole Transition which talks about the Change of job roles of professionals in same industry.
