Abstract

Today’s life seems to be too complicated for a person. Every person in the world suffers from mental illness. Today technology has reached every person in the village. As technology has its advantages, there are some disadvantages as well. Due to new technology; we are neglecting our mental health today. Physical exertion is diminishing, sports are also being neglected. Various factors that affect mental health can be explained. For example, Excessive use of (smarts phone) mobile, depression in childhood, negative thinking, ect. Many research articles have shown a close correlation between sports and mental health.
