Abstract

For the present study in this paper was to narratively review the research. Uses of mindfulness meditation to Reduce stress and anxiety in Sports; reviewing the inclusion of mindfulness was a secondary purpose. Methods: A literature search resulted in 84 studies on the uses of mindfulness meditation in reducing stress and anxiety in Sport person. Conclusions: Researchers examined anxiety in 35 studies, and mindfulness in 19. 09 and 13 of 17 studies showed significant decreases in anxiety and stress respectively.
