Abstract
“Nothing in this world is Permanent, except Change”, goes a famous saying. Organizations are no exception to this and hence, it must contend with differences between generations for attaining long-term success. A generation is a group of people born around the same time period. People in this “birth cohort” exhibit similar characteristics, preferences and values that influences their core work attitudes.
