Abstract
This paper specifically deals with the ambit of Project finance is and what it is all about, in terms of the business and legal aspect, that is to say, the assignment will explain the stages of how projects are funded, the types of project finance and the very difference between a corporate finance and project finance, further demarcating the key features of such projects with their merits and demerits and identifying why the boom in project finance, further most of these projects will be using the Public Private Partnership (PPP) method indicating a rise in Project Financing during the upcoming years, meaning thereby that this entire cycle will further help improve the economic condition of India.
