Abstract

In the era of unceasing pressure to exist in a globalized economy where organizations struggle to remain competitive the internal communication system upholds the position of being the most challenging zone. The complexity of the internal communication system is reflected in the way organization communicates externally. The success of the internal communication system depends on a number of factors however the current study is limited to three most significant factors namely employee awareness, superior subordinate relationship, and the flow of communication in organizations. Since individuals as organization members have different ideologies, behaviour, competencies and attitudes it is significant to study the perceptions of employees towards the communication system followed in organizations.
