Abstract
This study has been done in comparative and regular teachers. In the current context, two types of teachers work in reading schools. Since the 1999 to2002 teachers were not available in schools due to the appointment of teachers in the year 2003. Since then the planning process has continued so far. At present , two types of teachers are now employed. Both types of teachers work equally in a school but their s alary, allowances and facilities are different. This teachers done equally work like election work, booth level officer work, census work ,school management, A.P.L.-B.P.L. revision list, educational scheme such as night school, summer camp scheme etc. Their is only equality in the work of teachers. The process of recruitment of their qualifying, salary allowance and facilities are all different types.
