Abstract

Customer helpdesk is the prime focused area of any organization. This paper proposed a system BAAT for listening customer complaints and providing solution to those problems.  In this paper, various machine learning algorithms have been discussed. BAAT is implemented using classifiers as Adaboost classifier and Decision Tree. System is tested by self and from bank experts. Satisfactory results are obtained from system. Proposed system can be used as a good example based on NLP and machine Learning (ML) to learn. This type of system can be designed for various applications using different datasets.
