Abstract

From Vedic era to save the crops from the attack of pests and diseases, peoples used
crude chemical, animal and plant materials. Biological control is cost effective, eco-friendly and
an innovative. Synthetic chemicals cause severe and long-term environmental pollution and are
highly and acutely toxic and can even cause cancer in humans and wild animals. Also, pathogens
