Abstract
Introduction:-Facial palsy is the most common cranial nerve disorders but facial palsy followed by traumatic tympanic membrane rupture is very rare condition. Facial palsy results in facial deviation with the involvement of affected branch of nerve. Generally this type of condition takes place due to some external Injury in external auditory canal. Tympanic membrane rupture may cause hearing problem or not that depends upon the extent of the Injury.
