Abstract

Study was undertaken to study of Meditation positive effect on sports person’s psychological well-being. The present Experimental study was carried out on 30 Football players of Sai Khel Pradikaran, Aurangabad. Independent Variable is Meditation and Dependent Variable Psychological Well-being. For the present study 50 Sport persons of various sports of SAI Khel Pradhikaran Aurangabad was selected as a sample. After that first pre-test was taken all 50 sports person by given Psychological Well-Being and data were collected. After that Meditation Therapy was given to analysis was done. Thus it is concluded that Sport person have been increased psychological well-being after Meditation Therapy and get positive effect in sports.
