Abstract
The present review is an attempt to compile information related to importance of herbal product`s stability. The increasing number of metabolites of herbals as active constituent stimulates us to report their formed degradation products at various environmental conditions. Many studies have done earlier to find out the properties of obtained degraded properties. In present studies, we focused on mainly three herbals such as curcumin analogues and many more. This study will help to understand about the importance of stability of herbals.
