Abstract
The abrogation of article 370 may review the educational and employment opportunities. The cross border terrorism was a cause of instability apart from other internal conflicts it experienced. It a catalyst which evoke mixed responses. Education can alone act as a catalyst to transform the youth and take them out of despondency. It is hoped that the annulment of Article 370 would be promising step to witness the revival of educational policy in Jammu and Kashmir.
