Abstract
Article 370 & 35 A has been plaguing the nation for past 70 years. The ill drafted article was creating a feeling of separatism & discrimination in the country. Article 370 was a 'temporary provision which gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir. The state of Jammu & Kashmir has been accorded special status under Article 370. The provisions which are applicable to other states of India are not applicable to J&K. Sheikh Abdullah has drafted this provision in 1947, then was appointed
